1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup prepared salsa
4 TBSP tomato paste
13 oz kidney beans
1/2-1 tsp chile powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for 10-15 minutes or until macaroni is tender and excess liquid is evaporated.
