4 c. sliced apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sifted flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients and add melted butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs over apples. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. If you use a really tart apple you can add more sugar.
