1 c. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place in microwave oven on high and cook 7 to 8 minutes. Stir after 4 minutes. Add vanilla and butter and blend well. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Add soda and stir until light and fluffy. Turn onto greased cookie sheet. Let set 1 to 2 hours and break into pieces.
