2 c. milk
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until well blended. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add milk slowly and stir well. Put pie shell into pie plate. Bake pie shell about 5 minutes at 425º. Add custard filling and bake until knife comes out clean. Do not over bake.
