1 lb. crabmeat
2 lb. large mushrooms
cut up mushroom stems
½ red bell pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. spicy mustard
1/4 c. chopped parsley
½ lime, squeezed
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
bread crumbs
1/3 c. water

Directions:

1. Wash and de-stem large mushrooms, place in large 9 x 13 glass pan.

2. Cut up mushroom stems.

3. Fold in all ingredients EXCEPT cheese.

4. Then add mozzarella, fold again.

5. Fill mushrooms, spread extra filling on top of all.

6. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

7. Add 1/3 cup water to bottom of pan.

8. Cover with foil and bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer.
