2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped or ground carrots
1/2 c.nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, sugar and rest of the dry ingredients. Stir in carrots and nuts. Bake at 350º until done.
