Ingredients: Two cups frozen blueberries( I use organic) One cup chopped kale One to two cups coconut milk ( I use the 80 calorie one) One cup ice cubes One tablespoon Chia seeds( soak in one third cup of water ) for ten minutes then add to smoothie One half banana I also chop up pineapple( if you use canned,drain fluid first...two many sugar calories...) Use stevia if you need to sweeten I do not need sweetener if I use pineapple Use good blender like a ninja or other processor first Then I use blender to make it smoother I make enough to store in frig for two days

Directions:Blend all ingredients Then add more kale as needed Kale is the best nutrient vegetable on the planet and you cannot taste it with the blueberries I blend for about five to ten minutes to get a smooth texture If you want protein Add spirutene powder to the mix or any other high protein supplement I eat my protein later or have an egg with it. |
