1-2 lbs ground beef
2 cans drained red kidney beans
2 avocados
2 T lemon juice
1 8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 packet of taco seasoning mix
3 tomatoes, diced
2 small cans chopped or sliced black olives
1 large bunch of green onions, diced
8 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
Sturdy tortilla chips or Fritos

Use a 9 X 11 dish or container-
1st layer: Brown ground beef and drain, and rinse kidney beans and drain. Mix.
2nd layer: Mash 2 avocado's, add 2 TBS lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over beans and beef.
3rd layer: Mix 1 8 oz sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo and 1 packet of taco seasoning mix.
Spread thin layer.
4th layer: 3 finely chopped tomatoes.
5th layer: sliced or diced black olives.
6th layer: 1 large bunch of green onions, chopped fine.
7th layer: 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.

Refrigerate at least an hour.
Serve with chips.
