2- skinless ,boneless chicken breasts
1-(15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1-(15 oz) black beans, drained
1-(14.25 oz) can chicken broth
1-(14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, including juice
1-(10oz) can enchilada sauce, green
1-(4 oz) can diced green chiles
1-white onion, chopped
3-cloves garlic, minced
1-tsp ground cumin
1-tsp chili powder
1-tsp salt
1/4 –tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and place in slow cooker, add all ingredients.

Cook on low for approximately 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred, then add it back to slow cooker. Continue cooking for approximately 30 more minutes.

*Top the bowls of soup with crushed tortilla chips and cheese*
