1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 T. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Crust:
In a bowl combine crushed graham crackers, 1T. sugar and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Press crumb mixture onto the bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of pan.

Filling:
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, flour and vanilla with an electric mixer until combined. Beat in milk until smooth. Stir in eggs.

Pour filling into crust lined pan.

Bake at 375º, 40-45 min for 8 inch pan or 35-40 for 9 inch pan.
