1 cup grated squash firmly packed
1 egg, beaten
1/4 stick margarine, melted
1 heaping teaspoon flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp lemon flavoring (may use 1/2 coconut & 1/2 lemon, if desired)

Directions:

Let squash drain. Mix dry ingredients and add to squash. Add beaten egg, melted margarine and flavoring. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
