1 1/2 lbs. - 2 lbs. round steak
1 lb. bacon, diced
1 large onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving pieces and flatten with cleaver. Mix raw bacon pieces and diced onion. Put a spoonful of this mix on each piece of meat and season with salt and pepper, then roll up and secure with toothpicks. In a large and deep sauce pan, brown all the roll-ups, then add water to cover. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hrs. Take out roll-ups so you can add flour or Wondra to make gravy.
