1 (1 lb, 3oz) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tub ready to spread frosting, vanilla or cream cheese
3/4 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chops

Heat oven to 350º. Spray bottom only of 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2" from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely. Spread frosting over brownies. Sprinkle peanuts over frosting layer. Refrigerate while making cereal mixture. Measure cereal into large bowl. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in medium bowl in microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until creamy. Pour over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread over frosted brownies. Cool completely before cutting, about 1 hour.

This one came from Betty Crocker. I believe it would work with any brownie mix that makes 9X13 size. Just prepare them as directed on pkg, so amounts of egg, oil and water might differ?
