1 Green pepper, diced
2-3 stalks celery, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 jar pimentos, diced
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can yellow corn, drained
1 can white corn, drained

DRESSING:
1.2 cup sugar
1.2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Directions:

VEGETABLES:
Mix all together in a large bowl, set aside.
DRESSING:
Combine ingredients for dressing in saucepan. Heat just until boiling. Remove from heat and let cool.

Pour dressing into large bowl with veggies, mix well. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Serve with favorite corn or tortilla chips!!
