4 beef rib steaks
4 plaintains
2 jalapeņos

CHIMICHURRA SAUCE
1 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 shallots, minced
2 limes, juiced
1 tbsp. fresh basil
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
1 tbsp. fresh oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
FOR SAUCE: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover steaks with half the sauce. Save remaining sauce to finish steaks on the grill.
FOR PLANTAINS: Cut in half lengthwise. Brush with chimichurra sauce before grilling. Cook until tender.
FOR JALAPEŅOS. Slice peppers into rings. Batter in egg, then flour with seasoning. Deep fry.
