12 quarts tomatoes
5 large onions
6 bell peppers
1 bunch celery
1 T. dry mustard
6 oz. cider vinegar
1 T. ground cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
3/4 package brown sugar
1 package dry taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, celery, onions and peppers. Cook till celery is tender. Put all of that in the blender small amounts at a time, for just a few seconds. Put it all back in a double broiler. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 or 6 hours, the longer you simmer it the better it is. Stir occasionally. Don't let the water go dry in the double boiler. Seal in pint jars. Add 1 pint to one pound cooked hamburger plus 1/2 package taco seasoning mix for the best ever taco meat.
