1 pound crab meat
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped and sautéed
1/2 can sherry (or to taste)
Half and Half for desired thickness

Saute onion in butter. Add mushroom soup and Half and Half to dilute. Add crab and salt and pepper to taste, Add sherry just before serving. Heat and serve
