1 c. flour
1 c. coconut (ground fine)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

Prepared fruit; peaches, blackberries, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Place fruit in a 13x9 inch pan. Can add sugar if fruit is tart. Combine the dry ingredients: cut in the butter to form coarse, crumbly mixture. Add egg and work until just combined. Spoon over prepared fruit. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling all around the edge.
