2 TBS OIL
1 CUP SLICED/DICED CELERY
1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 TBS CORNSTARCH
2 TBS SOY SAUCE
1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
2 CUPS CHOPPED CHICKEN,OR PORK OR SHRIMP
1 CAN BEAN SPROUTS, DRAINED
1 CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS DRAINED
2 CANS CHINESE RICE NOODLES

SAUTE MEAT IN OIL. REMOVE TO BOWL.. IN SAME SKILLET SAUTE THE CELERY, ONION, AND GREEN PEPPERS. REMOVE AND ADD TO THE MEAT, IN SEPARATE BOWL, COMBINE THE CORNSTARCH, SOY SAUCE AND BROTH. ADD TO THE SKILLET. AFTER IT STARTS TO THICKEN ADD THE VEGETABLES AND MEAT.
SERVE OVER THE RICE NOODLES OR COOKED RICE.

I USUALLY HAVE SOME ASIAN SPICES THAT I PUT ON THE MEAT BEFORE I SAUTE. THIS IS LIKE VEGETABLE SOUP, ADD WHAT YOU LIKE...IF ITS TOO THICK, ADD MORE BROTH. I HAVE ADDED OTHER CHOPPED FRESH VEGETABLES.
