1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
1/4 CUP FLOUR, A/P
1/2 CUP CREAM OR MILK
1 1/2 CUPS COCONUT - DIVIDED
1 UNBAKED PIE SHELL

PREHEAT OVEN 325º.
MELT MARGARINE, STIR IN FLOUR UNTIL SMOOTH. SET ASIDE.
BEAT SUGAR, EGGS AND SALT TOGETHER. ADD BUTTER & FLOUR MIXTURE. BEAT WHILE ADDING CREAM. FOLD IN 1 CUP COCONUT.
POUR INTO SHELL AND SPRINKLE REMAINING 1/2 CUP COCONUT ON TOP. BAKE APPROX 1 HR 10 MIN.
