3/4 C EVOO
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
2 T lemon juice
2 T Irish whiskey
2 T soy sauce
1 T worchester sauce
2 T chopped parsley
1 T dry mustard
1 t minced garlic
2 lb flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
A day ahead, in a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, whiskey, soy, worchester, parsley, mustard and garlic. Put meat in larger glass baking dish and pour marinade over. Turn meat to coat evenly. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight, turning meat once or twice.

Grill or broil meat, brushing with marinade, about 5 min each side for medium rate. Heat remaining marinade over medium heat. Slice meat against the grain in thin slices. Spoon marinade over slices to serve.
