1 qt very warm Water
10 Eggs
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Can Condensed Milk
2 Cups Raisens
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ginger (very little)

Directions:
Directions:
Put warm water into a bowl & soak bread a few pieces at a time. Squeeze out as much water as you can. You want the bread as dry as possible. In another bowl beat eggs until double in volume. Mix in the brown sugar, regular sugar & condensed milk. Add cinnamon,nutmeg & pumpkin pie spice. Before adding the Raisens, they have to be scalded. Add a very small amount of ginger to mixture. Mix well & pour into a greased 11x15" pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon before putting into oven. Bake at 400 for 30 mins., then reduce heat to 375 & bake another 30 mins. Insert knife into center. If it comes out clean, the pudding is done.
