4 English Muffins
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on muffin halves. Brown beef and drain. Stir cheese into beef. Save some for topping. Spread layer of meat mixture on muffin. Top with spoonful of sauce. Broil or microwave until top is hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
