1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Make well in flour and add salt, eggs, and 1 cup of milk. Beat until smooth. Add milk and continue beating until thin. Pour 1/4 cup and tilt pan so a thin layer covers bottom of pan. Flip.
