liquid fat (e.g. from roasted chicken)
water
flour
seasonings, e.g. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour fat into glass or clear container like measuring cup. Wait for fat to separate. Judge water/flour mixture based on amount of fat. Use 1/2 cup of flour for 1/2 cup of fat.

Mix flour with cold water. 2/3 cup of water for 1/4 cup of flour.

Pour flour mixture into fat. Boil gravy and add seasonings.
