1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 20 oz Can Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
1 Cup Sugar
1 6 oz Pkg Vanilla Pudding (not instant)
1 9 oz Container Cool Whip
3/4 Cup Coconut (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix using pkg directions. Put into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 until done (about 30 mins). Combine pineapple & sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let cake cool a bit & prick holes all over the surface. Ladle warm pinneapple mixture over cake. Make pudding. When thickened, spoon over cake. Chill well. When ready to serve, spread cool whip over pudding & sprinkle with coconut.
