1 Lb Chicken Livers
2 Hard Cooked Eggs
1 Onion Thinly Sliced
2 TB Dry Sherry
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp Paprika
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place livers and onions in large skillet, barely cover bottom of skillet with water. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, turning livers occasionally. Add more water if needed. Remove liver and onions with slotted spoon. Chop liver, onions and eggs together. Add sherry, pepper and paprika. Mix thoroughly by hand. Chill until ready to serve. Set in crushed ice and serve with miniature rye bread. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
