1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Icing:
2 TB butter
3 TB cocoa
1 TB light corn syrup or honey
1 cup icing sugar
1-2 TB milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend oil, sugar and milk. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased 9" square pan at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and spread icing .
