1/2 C. Onion, minced
1/4 C. Butter
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 T. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
1 C. Sour Cream (˝ cup will also work)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted

Serve with noodles or white rice.

Sauté' onion in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve with noodles or fluffy white rice.

I acquired this recipe at an Estate Sale for German woman named Maria who lived in Purcell with her husband who met and married her while he was in Germany while serving in the military. She was a very good cook.
