1 box lemon cake mix
1 6 1/8-once instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 c. sourcream

Glaze:
2 lemons, juiced
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix ingredients as listed. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325º for 60 minutes. Immediately after taking from the oven, stick with wooden skewer one hundred times, while still in pan. Pour glaze over the top and let stand for one hour before removing from pan.

This is the Watson version of the Hundred Hole Cake. Our family likes it very lemony! This is a great make ahead cake. It is very good the next day and so easy if you have to feed a large crowd. You can knock out a lot of these the day before an event.
