1 pumpkin or (1 can pumpkin without the spices.)
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 cans evaporated milk

Gut and peel pumpkin, cut in sections. Put section in a oven baking dish. Cover with foil.Bake in oven until tender. Mix all ingredients together. Add more spices to your taste. Pour into 2 pie shells.

Bake at 425º for 15 min. Turn oven down to 350º and bake 45 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
