1 pound ground beef
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 TBSP flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp brown bouquet sauce (Kitchen Bouquet brand?)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients and shape into 2 large oval patties. Place patties in 8" square baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave (HIGH) 7-9 minutes. Rotate. Remove patties from dish and keep warm. Mix flour and water to make a smooth paste. Add quickly to hot drippings, stirring until smooth. Add brown bouquet and mushrooms. Microwave 1-2 minutes, until hot. Return patties to gravy.
