2 pkgs Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 regular size can of cream style corn
1 stick of butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt stick of butter in 9X13 baking pan. Mix corn muffin mix, eggs, sour cream and corn in a large mixing bowl. Pour into pan with melted margarine. Do not stir. Bake at 350º. Start checking for doneness after about 30 minutes. When done, it will brown around the edges and have some cracks or almost cracks in the center.

This one comes from a friend, Debbie Melton. It is the final cornbread recipe I'll every need. I think it takes closer to 50 minutes to bake throughout, but I always start checking after about 30 minutes.
