2 1/2- 3 pound broiler fryer, cut into serving size pieces
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 TBSP milk
1/2 cup squeeze Parkay (or melted margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, flour and seasonings in a shallow dish. Combine egg and milk in another shallow dish. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk then dip in cheese mix to coat. Place in greased baking dish. Pour margarine ovder chicken and bake at 350º for one hour.

This one came from Kraft foods in an ad for Squeeze Parkay, when it was newly introduced. I use the coating for boneless/skinless chicken dishes, breasts, nuggets and strips. It's always a big hit.
