1 pound imitation crab meat (not frozen), broken into bite size chunks
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP lemon juice
3 boiled eggs, chopped
2 TBSP pickle relish
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
