3/4 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Bisquick Baking Mix
2 T. Butter or Margarine
1 Can (13 oz.) Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
1 Can (16 oz.) Pumpkin
2 tsp. Vanilla
2-1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease a 9-½” or 10" pie plate.

Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute), in blender or on high for 2 minutes with hand beater.
Pour into plate. Bake until inserted knife comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes.
