2 quarts cut up chicken
2 cups sliced celery
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 cup slivered almonds
Green grapes

3 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
(I half this dressing mixture)
