4 chicken breasts
flour, salt, pepper, chicken seasonings, Johnny's
egg, ham, swiss cheese
Italian bread crumbs

Sauce: Knorr Bernaise or other cheese sauces or

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup sour cream
juice of one lemon
-Heat on low heat

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts on the side the skin was on. Dust with flour, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and Johnny's. Dip into a beaten egg. Put a strip of ham and two strips of Swiss cheese on chicken. Roll up and fold in sides. Dip into bread crumbs and deep fat fry one at a time at 325º - 350º until golden brown. Bake in oven at 375º for 20 minutes.
