4 cups cooked rice
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
1 8 oz pkg. shredded Mexican Blend cheese
1 can green diced green chiles
fresh or canned jalapeņo slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked rice and carton of sour cream. Add green chiles. Mix well. Layer 1/2 of this mixture. Top with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
Top with jalapeņos. Repeat mixture again, grated cheese and ending with jalapeņos on top. Cook in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes until 'bubbly'.

Jimmy's FAVORITE! Eliminate jalapeņos or place on 1/2 side if you do not like hot peppers!
