· 1 ½ cup warm water
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 2 tablespoon pizza dough flavor (king Arthur sells)
· 1 tsp sugar
· 2 teaspoons salt
· 2 tablespoons herbs (your favorite or herbs de provence sold by king Arthur)
· 2 ¼ teaspoon instant yeast
· 4 ¼ cup unbleached bread flour

Topping:
Egg wash ( 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
¼ cup artisan bread topping (exp: sesame seeds and other such things)

Grease a half sheet pan (13” X 18”) with 1 tablespoon olive oil; set this aside
Mix and knead dough ingredients by hand to form a slightly soft dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until puffy.
Spread the dough into the pan, stretching to the edges. Then use a slightly greased pizza wheel to cut the dough into 12 or 13 crosswise strips, 1” wide. Then cut the dough in half lengthwise. You should have 24 strips. Leave them in the pan!! Cover and let the strips rise for 60 min. Preheat the oven to 350.
Brush the strips with egg wash and sprinkle on desired topping. Bake for 30 min or until lightly golden.
