Boneless skinless chicken breast or tenders
Minute Rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together cream of soups, and 2 cups of minute rice (uncooked.) Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
2. Lay chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
3. Cover with foil. (Don't forget that important step!
4. Once you have it in the casserole dish you can put it in the oven and forget it. Turn oven on 250' for 3 hours or 350' for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
