~3 cups day old rice (leftovers)
1 Portuguese sausage, chopped
2 eggs, scrambled
1 onion, chopped

2-3 stalks green onion, chopped

Sauce: 1/2 cup shoyu
3 Tbsp. hondashi
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/4 cup oyster sauce

Fry Portuguese sausage and onions in wok. Add rice, then sprinkle sauce over to taste. When almost done, add green onions and eggs.
