"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Add eggs to saucepan; add enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil on HIGH. Reduce heat to LOW; cook 12 min.

Drain eggs; immediately run under cold water for several min to cool completely. Peel eggs; cut in half. Gently ease out yolks; transfer egg white halves to serving platter.

Add yolks, mayo, onion soup mix, mustard and sour cream to bowl; mix well to combine. Pipe egg mixture into egg white halves with tipped pastry bag. (Or seal mixture in zip-type baggie; then clip off one corner to create "piping bag.")

Garnish each with paprika and green onions.
