1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
4 1/2 Tbl. sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 (8oz) cream cheese
2/3 (12oz) cool whip, thawed
1 (6oz) pkg. strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
24oz frozen strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 . Mix together the pretzels, 4 1/2 Tbl. sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.

In a medium bowl, beat the 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set. About 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl stir together the jello and boiling water. Mix in the frozen strawberries & stir until thawed. Place jello mixture in the refrigerator for an hour to slightly set. Pour jello mixture over the cream cheese mixture in the pan. Refrigerate until completely chilled at least 1 hour.
