14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup butter (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 13x9 inch pan in small bowl. Combine milk and lemon juice and set aside. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly. Press half of crumb mixture into pan. Spread with lemon mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs over filling. Bake 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Bars will be soft. cool completely and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
