1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean's Regular)
1 med. onion chopped finely
1 cup chopped celery
1 finely chopped bell pepper
2 cans chicken noodle soup
1 cup quick brown rice
1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage, onion, and celery in butter. Add bell peper and soup, rinsing out each can with 1/4 cup water and add to pan. Add rice and almonds and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
