1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups pureed peaches, strawberries or raspberries, (fresh or frozen)
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
8-9 oz. angel food cake cut into 1 inch cubes (about 2 quarts)

In large bowl mix gelatin with sugar. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in lemon juice and fruit. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when dropped by spoon.
Fold in whipped cream and cake. Turn into 8x8 pan. Chill.
