2 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup margarine
1-1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, milk, chocolate chips and butter for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool.

Crust:
Mix crushed cookies and butter. Pat into 9x13" pan. Spread the softened ice cream over the cookie crust. Sprinkle peanuts over the ice cream. Pour the cooled fudge syrup over the top of peanuts. Freeze.
