1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 head lettuce, torn in to small pieces
1 can chili beans, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup taco chips, crushed
Dorothy Lynch salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and stir in taco seasoning. Cool. In large bowl, layer lettuce, beans, cheese and cooled meat. Chill. Add crushed chips and dressing just before serving. This salad is best if eaten the same day it is prepared.
