1 breadfruit
1/2 cup salted cod fish
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 hot pepper (use if needed)
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core breadfruit.
Cut up in smaller chunks
Boil until cooked (approximately 10 to 15 minutes) then drain.
Heat cooking oil in saucepan for 2 minutes.
Add the cut up onions, garlic and washed pieces of salt fish, then cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add boiled breadfruit, stir for another 5 minutes.
Add butter, stir for a few minutes and serve.
